St. Eustatius (Statia) a small Island in the Caribbean with Dutch background have joined forces with Country Style Community Tourism expert and team to develop their Community tourism product since 2012. Thanks to Ms. Diana McIntyre-Pike with her expertise and vision for community development we were able to make this a success and a reality.
To date we were able to start our own Community project (homestay Statia) with a council in place whereby locals are able to make a living by renting out a room in their home. The workshops and trainings provided by Ms. McIntyre and her team were essential in the development of our now growing “Homestay Statia”
