Day 1

 Vientiane Arrival

Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly greeted by private guide and driver. They then escort you to the hotel for check-in. Today’s activity includes:

Aerobic session at Chao Anouvong Park & Lao traditional massage

We then walk in Chao Anouvong Park with an aerobic session with locals along the Mekong. Lao tradition massage before the walk. Then, transfer back to hotel and free time at leisure.

Day 3

 Vang Vieng

Today, your guide & driver will meet you at the hotel and then, we take a drive to Vang Vieng. The scenery along the road is stunning with rice paddies, deep forested jungles, winding roads, lakeside views, palm trees, and rural villages. Lunch at the Organic Farm. Today’s activities include:

Blue Lagoon (Tham Phou Kham cave)
Then, drive to visit Blue Lagoon (Tham Phou Kham cave). 15 minutes’ drive through the countryside will take you to a cliff with a cave hosting Buddha images. Ascend and refresh yourself in this grotto perched high up on the cliff. At the foot of the site runs a stream with turquoise waters in which you can swim! Transfer back to hotel and free time at your leisure

Day 5

Luang Prabang

Today we enjoy A half-day tour of Luang Prabang. This morning, we begin to explore the historic town of Luang Prabang. Start with The National Museum which used to be the former Royal Palace. Inside the complex of the National Museum, you can witness the “Prabang” sacred golden statue, giving its name to the town.

The stunning Vat Xieng Thong, one of Laos’ most emblematic temples. It is situated at the top of the peninsula, where the Mekong & Nam Khan Rivers meet. TAEC, the Traditional Arts and Ethnology Centre. Depicts Laos ‘rich ethnic diversity with themed rotating exhibits. It is hosted in a former French colonial times judge’s mansion. And the Huean Chan Heritage House is a perfect example of Luang Prabang’s traditional building, made of wood on poles, at the back of Vat Xieng Muane.

Day 7

Luang Prabang

At 05:40, wake up early and travel like locals by tuk-tuk to the peninsula to witness and attend a memorable Almsgiving ceremony. For this significant ritual, long lines of orange-robed monks and novices stroll along the street of the town center to collect their daily food subsistence from the worshippers. This old-aged ritual is locally known as “Tak Bat”. Return to the hotel for breakfast. After that, enjoy an hour yoga session and an hour meditation session. Lunch with monks. In the afternoon, relax at leisure as the rest of the day will be yours.

Day 9

Champasak

This morning, enjoy a 30-minute guided meditation in silence to practice & start the process. Then on the sala facing the Mekong, some explanations about the quest of happiness and explanation to find some tools to find it. This morning can be extended on the 3rd morning. A light breakfast is included and as well a spa-treatment massage which is defined accordingly to the profile of guests. In the afternoon, stroll along the Mekong to bump into the local communities.

Champasak

Once again, enjoy 30 minutes for guided meditation in silence to practice and start the process in the right mood. In the afternoon, it’s time to take a badminton session.

Day 2

 Vientiane

Today, we will enjoy these activities below:

Tai Chi Session
This early morning, join the Tai Chi session with an experienced teacher. A 1-hour session who will help you to channel your energies.

Half-day city tour in Vientiane
Meet your local guide at the arrival hall and transfer to visit Vat Sisaket, the only temple left intact after the Siamese invasion in 1828. It shelters hundreds of statues of Buddha in its walls and continues with Vat Phra Keo, now used as a religious museum where you can see Lao and Khmer works of art. It used to host the “Emerald Buddha” which, currently, don display at Bangkok’s Royal Palace. Then, visit That Luang, the holiest place in Laos and the object of an amazing pilgrimage in November. It is iconic and represented on all banknotes and official stamps. It is a golden stupa that crowns a small hill and concludes with Patuxai Monument, also called Anousavari, and enjoys a panoramic view over the city from the roof. It is Vientiane’s own Arc de Triomphe which is situated at the top of Lan Xang Avenue, the Champs Elysees of the Lao capital.

Day 4

Vang Vieng – Luang Prabang

In the morning, take a 90-minute yoga class. At 9:00, take a pretty drive to Luang Prabang. Once in Luang Prabang, check into the hotel and relax at leisure.

Day 6

Luang Prabang

Set off to Kuang Si waterfall, 32 km south-west of Luang Prabang. It’s a gorgeous area of natural falls with cloudy turquoise water, very popular in Laos. If the weather is good enough you can swim in the refreshing falls and if you’re brave enough, jump off from the famous tree branch. There are also pleasant forested trails leading up to the top of the falls. En-route you will make stops to visit ethnic minority villages. Kuang Si is also a good place to get more familiar with endemic and endangered Asian Black Bear at the Rescue Centre. We then transfer back to town and enjoy Petanque at Prabat Tai and enjoy 1 hour with Lao traditional massage.

Day 8

Champasak

Today, take a flight to Champasak. Upon arrival, your private guide will meet you and it’s time for lunch. The rest of the day will be yours. Relax at leisure.

Day 10

Champasak

Today, enjoy 30 minutes for guided meditation in silence to practice and start the process in the right mood. This time is followed by a “silence morning”. Then different spiritual activities will be defined accordingly to the profile of the guests but spirit related activities to evacuate the stress: floral composition, self-massage, chi Cong, open chat, etc. A light breakfast is included. This afternoon, take a boat cross to Don Daeng and enjoy biking tour this small beautiful island to see how people are doing for a living.

Day 12

Departure

Farewell to you. Breakfast and relax at leisure until getting escorted to the airport for a flight coming home. Your vacation ends. Hope you enjoyed it and wish that we could serve you next time.
